Welcome
Karin Eisen has been teaching yoga and training yoga teachers for more than three decades. Because of the profound benefits she has experienced while practicing Iyengar Yoga, Karin has dedicated herself to studying and teaching only this one style of yoga. She is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) and continues to advance her study of yoga with her mentor Holly Kostura (CIYT - Level 3) at the Iyengar Yoga Center of the Lehigh Valley.
